Important notice
The Fortress of Courage Ukraine Charitable Foundation is registered as a charitable foundation and operates in accordance with Ukrainian laws and the Charter of a charitable foundation.
As such, the Foundation may issue certificates confirming the amounts which donors have paid to it. These certificates may entitle donors to a tax deduction in their respective jurisdictions of tax residency.
Please contact the Foundation if you wish to receive such a certificate.
Please note also that we are currently coordinating with our legal counsel the registration of the Foundation as a charitable organization in Canada and its provinces, as well as in Australia and the United States. This process is ongoing.

By making a donation, you confirm that you are making a voluntary charitable contribution to the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Fortress of Courage Ukraine’” for the implementation of its statutory goals and charitable activities. The Foundation independently determines the priority areas for the use of funds within the scope of its statutory activities and may reallocate donations between charitable programmes, projects, and areas of charitable activity depending on current needs. The charitable donation is non-refundable and shall not be returned after the payment has been made, unless otherwise expressly required by Ukrainian law.
