Our mission statement statement

The Foundation

participates pro-actively and with all of its available resources in the reconstruction of Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and the rebuilding and rejuvenation of Ukrainian civil society and institutions damaged or destroyed in the protracted war with Putin’s Russia.

The Foundation supports the Ukrainian military by providing non-lethal aid in the form of vehicles, anti-drone warfare equipment, electrical and power generation hardware, as well as other logistical assistance. 

We also aim to provide housing for internally displaced persons and food, shelter and basic necessities, such as health care, to all Ukrainians affected by the war.

  • Repair of the consequences of armed conflicts, reconstruction of housing and infrastructure in the city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, and other regions of Ukraine 
  • Assistance to residents of the city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, and other regions of Ukraine 
  • Providing assistance to victims of disasters, armed conflicts and accidents, as well as refugees and internally displaced persons, as well as persons living in difficult circumstances 
  • Providing and promoting social protection, social security, social services, and the alleviation of poverty 
  • Supporting and promoting human and citizens’ rights and fundamental freedoms 
  • Development of Ukraine’s international cooperation 
  • Facilitating the implementation of state and international programmes aimed at improving the socio-economic situation of people in the city of Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, and other regions of Ukraine 
  • Promoting the defence capability and mobilisation readiness of Ukraine, and protection of the population in emergency situations in both peace and war
